It's brought much light into my days as I do my other job, resting and healing from the pregnancy, labor and surgeries due to baby #4.
My baby is right at the stage you listed as your favorite. It made me stop and think and be grateful that I have a baby right at that stage now to hug and love. Your story seemed familiar. When I was pregnant with twins (14months old now) I met another pregnant mom in our ward that had just moved here from Texas, and she mentioned a family in her old ward that had had quints. I called her to confirm your name with her, yep she knew you. Valerie VanWagenen speaks very highly of you and your family. What a small world! I look forward to viewing your blog more often.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8143615192973104394.post-66954651524795630992009-01-13T03:02:00.000-08:002009-01-13T03:02:00.000-08:00I just had to think again, Kaiya is a very special...I just had to think again, Kaiya is a very special beauty. I have a large family too, a son aged 9, a set of twin girls aged 7 and another set of twin girls aged 2. The wonder and excitement of christmas was the same in my house as yours and we had a wonderful time.
So here's wishing your family a fabulous and healthy 2009 from the Oakley family in the UK. xxxxxxxxAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8143615192973104394.post-63878119557007860652009-01-07T20:16:00.000-08:002009-01-07T20:16:00.000-08:00so happy i found your blog! just the other day i w...so happy i found your blog! just the other day i was wondering how big these kiddos were. i am the receptionist at gilbert ped's when you brought the quints in. they are adorable! You look so YOUNG to have 7 kids :)

This Christmas was a lot more interesting with my 17 month (well, 16.67 mo at the time) old than last year was. But he didn't want to open all the gifts at once either. Since he's an only child (for now) we could pause and let him play with his toys for a while before continuing on opening.

He didn't get any of those push toys. But he got a huge dump truck (that I was thinking could be used as a push) and all he wanted to do with it was sit in it too!

Thank you for sharing your family with us.MommyLydiahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15608956553350425075noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8143615192973104394.post-4328476024402358252009-01-06T20:59:00.000-08:002009-01-06T20:59:00.000-08:00Isn't it so cute when they just fall in love with ...Isn't it so cute when they just fall in love with a toy. Tiare made your cinnabon recipe and they turned out great! Our kids were pretty crazy, and I kept thinking how crazy (but fun) it would have been if all of the Curtis grandkids were there. McKay said there is no way we are going to travel for the holidays again because it is just too hectic (and expensive). Your brothers might be relieved by that because of the chaos we brought with us. Oh well...it is good for them :)Stephaniehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17771884777407224289noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8143615192973104394.post-48815909543771506602009-01-03T13:01:00.000-08:002009-01-03T13:01:00.000-08:00Hello, I read your story and I would ask to you if...Hello, I read your story and I would ask to you if I can take your exemple of quintuplet's mother for a work for my school

Sorry for my english, because I'm french

You can answer me at this adress : jennychampeau@free.fr or msn : j-e-n-n-y-83@hotmail.fr

thanks so much and good byeAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8143615192973104394.post-24748870789610231102009-01-03T12:34:00.000-08:002009-01-03T12:34:00.000-08:00wow, looks like so much fun! Of course I love all the pictures but the one with Riley opening his present reminds me that this is how we should all feel and look when we open a gift. Another standout is all three boys in their jammies with Ryder adding one pink croc as an accessory. If Ryder likes the play vac give him the real one and put him to work. My mom and dad did that to us when we were growing up. Its the one thing that really sticks out in my mind growing up. The waiting, anticipating then going downstairs all together and seeing everything for the first time. My parents always taped our faces/reactions. I hope to continue the tradition with my kids.Mandihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13535979162815191875noreply@blogger.com
