Kindergarten Round-up!

I signed the kids up for Kindergarten today! I can't believe my "babies" are going to school next year! They are so excited! It took over an hour to fill out the amazing amount of paperwork times five, but it was soooo worth it :-) Only 158 days until the first day of school!!

Ryder, Kassidy, Rustin, Kyndall and Kaydence outside the school. (If they look less than excited it was because I made them take a picture in the super-bright sun before we went in)

Wow! Can it be already? My oldest is finally going to kindergarten in the fall too. What are you going to do with all your 'free' time?!

So as a member of the Austin Mothers of Multiples group, I must ask the question, are you planning on separating the children for Kindergarten or do you care? This is ALWAYS a hot topic and is usually just discussed amongst twin moms. I am very curious as how a mother of quintuplets chooses to handle this.

I loooove Rustin's red hair. ( rather it is orange)
So, i think that he would be very handsome with hair style of the model Jon Kortajarena :

Seriously, with his orange hair, would remain very well :D

Kyndall's hair is so cute! I love how they each wear different random shoes!

I laughed at the count down and the individual foot ware.

I'm curious to know the answer to Cristy's question.

I remain completely amazed by all that you do.

What will you do with all your free time next year ;-) ?

sandra that is horrible they and young kids and what do you expect from a mother with 7 kids how can she dress all of them and make sure they are perfect and rachelle i hope you post soon

god bless

Sandra said...

Kristen, it's not a excuse, my grandma had 12 kids and they were incredibly very good dressed.

it doesn't matter how they dress they are only young and they do not care

so I say, they have no style

Rachelle, I just had to chime in and tell you that the previous comment is completely ridiculous. Your kids are dressed just fine--like any normal American children would be. I'm glad you let them pick their own footwear. Priorities are certainly askew if someone worries so terribly about how little children are dressed. They aren't meant to wear fancy clothes and look perfect. Kids should be dressed to play. I hope you don't worry about the hurtful comments others make. Just ridiculous the things that come out of others' mouths! It frustrates me so much. As if they have nothing better to do than tear down someone else!

I don't wanna offend anybody, I just said it.

i agree with anonymous they can wear want they want to and any shoes they want to plus they are young innocent children and all they want to do is play in the mud and get dirty

Take care of Rustin and kaydence, they're more propense to get fat. fat kids are sick and ugly.

PD: wow i love their random shoes.

Wow some of these comments are shocking. I am a firm believer of :If you have nothing nice to say then don't say anything at all". The nasty posters obviously have nothing better to do in their everyday lives than to pick on innocent young children. There is nothing wrong with the way they dress. They are all beautiful, healthy and intelligent children :)

Ugh :( You seem to be getting some very mean comments these days. I am so sorry.

My son is just a few days younger than yours (this is My Boaz's Ruth. We named our daughter Ruth so I had to change my bloggy name!) and I haven't signed up anywhere yet! We live in DVISD but are trying to buy a house in Pflugerville. I didn't realize it was such a production!

Wow! I can't believe they are going to kindergarten! They look just adorable, the shoes especially make me smile.

I too would be curious as to how (and if) you will separate them. I'm thinking of my school district and I don't think there are even five kindergarten classrooms!

I hope all is well and you had a wonderful Easter and are gearing up for summer. I hope you blog again soon, it is so fun to hear about your unique family.
