Fun with Dirt and More

A couple of weeks ago, my friend Virginia (aka GG) watched the quints while I went to the grocery store (HEB, of course!) We put old clothes on the kids and she let them loose in the back yard to play in the dirt. They LOVED it!

Ryder, Kyndall, Kaydence, Rustin and Kassidy

By the time they were done, they were a MESS, so she stripped them down and let them have a picnic in the living room while watching VeggieTales.

The day after Easter, GG also brought over some Easter goodies for the kids: sunglasses, puzzles and Peeps.

Totally Cool: Rustin, Kaydence, Ryder, Kyndall and Kassidy

Yay! Peeps in all the quints colors....well almost. Since Kassidy claims both purple and orange as "her" colors (since we use Ikea plates and they don't have purple), we thought it was close enough.

Just a fun picture on the couch: Kaydence, Ryder, Kassidy, Rustin and Kyndall

All I could find this year were yellow and purple peeps! Too bad you couldn't find the purple ones.
PS I love the way each kid has 'their own' colour. It must save lots of fights over who gets which one of everything lol good going Mom!

Have you ever done "Peeps Jousting"? You stick a few toothpicks in them and put two in the microwave for a few seconds. They swell up and stab each other! My kids had more than one "joust" through the years.
